1.3 Visitor De-Anonymization Disclosure
Important: We use visitor identification technology to attempt to identify the company or individual associated with anonymous website visits. This technology may match your IP address and browsing signals against business contact databases to identify your company name, industry, and potential decision-maker contact information. This practice is used for B2B sales outreach purposes. If you are located in the EU/EEA, this processing is governed by the GDPR section below. California residents may opt out via our Do Not Sell/Share page.
1.4 AI Voice Call Data (VAPI)
When you participate in a qualification or discovery call initiated or handled by our AI phone system (powered by VAPI):
- Call recordings and transcriptions are created and stored in our systems
- Call metadata (duration, date, outcomes) is stored in our CRM (Supabase)
- Transcription data is processed by AI to extract relevant business information
- You will be notified at the start of any AI-handled call that the call is conducted by an AI and may be recorded
