Do We Sell Your Personal Information?
MV3 Marketing LLC does not sell your personal information for money. However, under CCPA/CPRA, the term “sharing” includes making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share certain data with analytics and visitor identification services in ways that could constitute “sharing” under California law.
These activities may include:
- Website analytics data shared with Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)
- IP address and browsing behavior processed for visitor identification / de-anonymization purposes
- Business contact information processed through lead enrichment providers
Your Rights Under Applicable State Laws
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

How to Submit a Request
To opt out of the sharing or sale of your personal information, or to exercise any of the rights listed above, email us:

- Your full name
- Your email address (and phone number if applicable)
- The specific right(s) you wish to exercise (e.g., “Do Not Sell/Share,” “Delete My Data,” “Access My Data”)
- Your state of residence
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification typically involves confirming your name and email address match information in our systems. We may request additional documentation if necessary. We do not use verification as a barrier to processing legitimate requests.
Response Timeline
- Acknowledgment within 10 business days
- Request completed within 45 calendar days
- If additional time is needed (up to 90 days total), we will notify you with an explanation
Effect of Opting Out
If you opt out of the sharing of your personal information:
- We will stop sharing your data with third-party analytics providers for behavioral advertising purposes
- We will remove you from visitor de-anonymization processes
- We will not discriminate against you — you will receive the same quality of service
- If you are an active client, opt-out does not affect processing necessary to deliver your contracted services
- We may still share data with service providers acting strictly as processors on our behalf (not considered a “sale” under CCPA)
Authorized Agents
If submitting a request on behalf of another person, you must provide written authorization from that person or proof of legal authority. We may verify the agent’s authority before processing the request.
